just add ink #541

Hi there!

This weeks Just Add Ink challenge #541 was to use a blended background on a card.

To make the blended background, I use the Bumblebee ink at the top of the card and blended it down into Just Jade ink.

While looking at the patterned papers I have, I spotted the Sale a Bration Flower and field papers and decided to use the opposite colours to the ones I have blended and use them behind the blended background.

For the sentiment, I used the ‘Wishing I could heal your heart’ from the Heal you Heart stamp set and used a die cut stitched circle and black ink.

The circle was looking bare so I fussy cut out two of the flowers from one of the papers from Flowers and Fields and added them to the sides of the circle.

To finish off the card, I added some of the Opal rounds embellishments and some Wink of Stella glitter to the flowers.

I really like the colours on the card as they are very spring like.
