Yesterday my sister passed her driving test after taking it for the second time. The first test was only a few weeks ago but she had only had her tonsils out a few weeks before and was very uncomfortable afterwards so I wanted to make her a little card to say well done and to show her that we are proud of her.
This weeks sketch 230 at Mojo Monday is a non traditional one of either a square or round, so I decided to make a round card for her.
I used the Spellbinders Nestabilities largest Lacey Circle to make the card base and cut 2 pieces and just score one piece to attach to the back of the other piece so the card would stand up properly.
Paper – Echo Park Summer Days | Stamps – Hero Arts and Clare Curd/Papermania | Card shape – Nestabilities Spellbinder Lacey Circle | Circle – Spellbinder Nestabilities | Border Punch – Martha Stewart Doily Lace | Large flowers – EK success | Gems and ribbon – Local Craft Shop | Ink – Versamagic
Tomorrow I will be back with the second part of my Craft Room Organisation. See you soon.
